CRAB QUICHE | |
1 (8 inch) deep dish pie shell 2 eggs 1 c. whipping cream 1 tsp. Accent 1/16 tsp. cayenne pepper 3 oz. Swiss cheese (or Monterey Jack) 3 oz. Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. flour 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prick pie shell and bake. Beat eggs and add cheeses, flour and crab meat - pour into pie shell. Pour whipping cream on top. REDUCE oven heat to 325 degrees. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
