MARIANNA'S MUFFINS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
6 tsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugars, baking powder and soda, salt, raisins and chopped nuts. Then whisk together eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla. Make a well in dry ingredients, pour in liquid mixture and stir to combine. Spoon into paper lined muffin cups.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until they are done.
