GREAT PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1 c. pumpkin
Use 1 fruit: 4 tbsp. raisins or 1/2 c. banana or 1/2 c. pineapple or carrot, or 1/2 c. zucchini squash
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. flour, all-purpose
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
8 pk. Sweet 'N Low
2/3 c. dry milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine all above. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
