SUGAR-FREE MUFFINS 
6 tbsp. flour
Saccharin based sugar substitute equal to 8 tsp.
4 tsp. brown sugar substitute
2/3 c. non fat dry milk powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1/4 c. raisins

Mix flour, sugar substitutes, dry milk, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. In another bowl combine vanilla, pumpkin, eggs and raisins. Stir well and add dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin cups half full and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes 12.
