SUGAR-FREE PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
2/3 c. dry milk
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
6 pkgs. Sweet and Low
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. can pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. grated carrots
4 tbsp. raisins

Combine first six ingredients. In another bowl beat eggs, pumpkin and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients and carrots and raisins. Mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.

These are very good. I changed the raisins to walnuts because I can't have dried fruit.
