SUGAR FREE BRAN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. bran
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. raisins
1 egg
1/2 c. nuts, optional

Mix all ingredients together, just to wet and then pour into either greased muffin tins or paper lined 1/2 full and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
