Lettuce, 5 (5 pound) bags, pre-cut (or 1 head for each 6 people)

Turkey, 15 pounds, julienned

Ham, 10 pounds, julienned

Cheese, 10 pounds, shredded

Eggs, 6 dozen, hard cooked and sieved

Bacon bits, 4 jars

Beets, 1 large can, sliced

Garbanzo beans, 1 large can

Cucumbers, 6 sliced

Zucchini, 6 sliced

Carrots, 5 (1 pound) bags, peeled and shredded

Tomatoes, 10 pounds, sliced

Mushrooms, 10 (8 ounce) boxes, sliced

Croutons, 6 boxes

Hidden Ranch Salad Dressing, 7 packets mixed with mayonnaise and buttermilk

Italian dressing, 1 gallon

Three bean salad, 2 large cans

FRUIT SALAD:

2 watermelon, peeled and cut into cubes
4 honeydew, peeled and cut into cubes
8 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into cubes
2 cranshaw, peeled and cut into cubes
6 baskets strawberries

Serve in watermelon shell.

Rolls, 12 dozen

Cakes, 6 assorted

Coffee and tea

Sugar, Sweet and Low, milk, half and half

Wine, 1 case white - 2 bottles, rose

PUNCH:

2 (2 liter) Squirt
2 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
