SPARE RIBS 
1 lg. size (14 x 20 inch) Reynolds oven cooking bag
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. favorite BBQ sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 lb. pork spareribs, fat trimmed

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour in large bag. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Roll down top of bag. Add BBQ sauce, onion and green pepper. Squeeze bag gently to blend ingredients.

Cut ribs in serving-size pieces and place in bag. Turn bag gently to coat ribs with sauce. Arrange ribs in even layer. Unroll bag and close and tie.

Make 6 (1/2 inch) slits in top of bag. Cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
