CAJUN STYLE POTATO SALAD 
A:

1 bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, quartered
1 c. ripe olives, drained and sliced
1 pkg. vermicelli, cooked and drained

B:

1 bottle Italian dressing, 16 oz.
1/4 pkg. dry Italian dressing
1/4 bottle Salad Supreme Seasoning

C:

1 lb. cooked shrimp, drained

Mix ingredients from A list in a bowl.

Next combine ingredients from B list in a separate bowl. Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta mixture and marinate 2-3 days. Add shrimp and serve. The salad will keep for days without meat added to it. The dressing alone will keep for weeks.

You may substitute 1 pound tuna, chicken or smoked sausage for shrimp.
