POTATO SALAD - GERMAN STYLE 
2 lbs. potatoes
1 onion, cut in little pieces
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 c. butter
6 boiled eggs
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1 lb. bologna
1 can Vienna sausage
1 lettuce

Boil the potatoes until they are soft and cut them in little pieces. Fry the bacon and cut it in little pieces. Fry the onion in the 1/4 of butter. Mix it with the potatoes. Add 3 boiled eggs in little pieces with bologna, salt, pepper, vinegar, 2 or 3 pieces of bologna and 2 or 3 sausages, cut in pieces now. Serve it hot on top of the lettuce. Decorate it with the rest of bologna, sausage and eggs.
