COUNTRY STYLE POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes, quartered and cooked
3 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced celery
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. onions, diced
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip

Drain potatoes and let cool. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve on a bed of lettuce or plain. Serves 4-6.
