COUNTRY STYLE POTATOES AND
MUSHROOMS
 
1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley
Dash pepper
4 c. hot mashed potatoes

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter about 8 minutes or until tender. Add salt and pepper. Stir into potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6.
