PORK AND POTATOES COUNTRY STYLE 
4 med. potatoes, quartered
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. mustard
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. plain flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge chops in mixture of flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Brown chops in shortening in skillet; pour over potatoes. Blend soup, mustard and milk. Pour over meat and potatoes, cover. Bake 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Uncover the last 15 minutes and continue cooking.
