COUNTRY STYLE POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese or condensed cheese soup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. milk

Heat soup, butter and cheese. Add onions, salt, sour cream and milk. Spread thawed potatoes in a 9x13 baking dish and pour sauce over top. Sprinkle over top, 1 cup crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
