COUNTRY STYLE POTATO SALAD | |
4 c. (2 lbs.) cooked red potatoes, peeled & diced 3 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled 2 hard cooked eggs, diced 1/2 c. green onion, thinly sliced 2 tbsp. dill pickle, coarsely chopped 2/3 c. Ranch Style Salad dressing In large bowl, combine all ingredients in order listed. Toss gently to coat. Cover and chill for several hours. |
