CROCK POT BEEF CUBES 
3 lb. beef stew meat (cut in 1 inch cubes)
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. dry red wine
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cook rice or noodles

Brown beef cubes on all sides then transfer into crock pot. Add onion. Pour red wine over beef. Spread soup on top. Turn crook pot on high for 1 hour then on low for 7 to 8 hours. Stir once or twice. Serve over rice or noodles.
