BANANA BREAD (LOW CARB) 
This healthy banana bread has limited carbs and is wonderfully soft, fluffy, and moist! Ideal for a healthy breakfast or a satisfying snack - this is the best banana bread recipe will surely become your go-to recipe.

DRY INGREDIENTS:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup ground flax meal
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup whole rolled oats

WET INGREDIENTS:

3 bananas, very ripe
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract

OPTIONAL:

1/2 cup stevia
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F (or 175°C). Grease a 9-inch loaf pan, or line with parchment paper.


In a medium bowl, stir together all of the DRY ingredients. If you want added sweetener, mix it in, too.


In a large mixing bowl, blend (or use an immersion mixer) the WET ingredients to create a smooth liquid mash.


Next, gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and do not overmix.

Add optional ingredients to the banana mixture if desired.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F (or 175°C) for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 

Place the loaf pan on a cooling rack and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before removing it from the pan. Allow the loaf to cool on a wire rack for another 10 minutes or so before slicing and serving.
