LOW-SUGAR BANANA BREAD | |
2 lg. ripe bananas, mashed 2 tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. Sugar Twin 2 1/2 c. flour 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. salad oil 1 egg 3/4 c. milk 1 c. chopped nuts Mash the bananas in a large bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients, except for the nuts. Beat on medium speed for 1/2 minute, scraping sides and bottom constantly. Fold in the nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. |
