SUGAR FREE BANANA BREAD 
3 mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. brown Sugar Twin
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes in greased loaf pan.

I am extremely impressed with this recipe. The only thing I did differently was substitute Splenda for the Sugar Twin. This is my "go to" recipe for banana bread from now on. You'd never know it is so healthy by tasting it.
