EMILY'S CHICKEN 
1/2 chicken breast, boned & skinned
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
Lawry's seasoned salt
Lawry's seasoned pepper

Place the chicken breast on a square of aluminum foil; sprinkle both sides with lemon juice, then lightly sprinkle both sides with the salt and pepper. Distribute the butter along the top of the chicken; fold the aluminum foil (using the "drugstore wrap"), leaving the ends turned up; place on a baking sheet to catch any leakage and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Allow 1/2 chicken breast for each person to be served.

This is tasty and is so easy to prepare. A quick family favorite!
