BARBEQUE CHICKEN (3) 
1/2 c. white vinegar
Water (submerge chicken)
Lawry's season salt

Marinade whole chickens for a minimum of 2 hours. Cut chicken in half and remove all portions from rib casings. Sprinkle Lawry's season salt all over chicken.

Place 8 pounds of charcoal in a 22 1/2 inch Weber grill. Let charcoals turn white before putting chickens onto grill. Cook for 1 1/2 hour with wings up. Turn over and cook for 1 hour.
