NOODLE CRISP | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can chicken noodle soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water 1/2 c. raw rice 1 c. celery 1 chopped onion 1 c. sliced mushrooms 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 can chow mein noodles Fry 1 pound hamburger. Salt to taste. Add the 2 cans of soup and the water. Add the rice, celery, onions, mushrooms and soy sauce. Bake covered for 45 minutes and 1/2 hour uncovered. Sprinkle with the chow mein noodles 15 minutes before taking out of oven. |
