CARAMEL APPLE CRISP 
28 Kraft caramels
2 tbsp. water
6 c. peeled apple slices
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt caramels with water in covered double boiler or saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until sauce is smooth. Layer apples and caramel sauce in 10"x6" baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and nuts; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. 8 servings.
