GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans, drained
2 tsp flour
Stuffing
2 tsp. butter, melted
4 tsp. finely grated onion
2 tsp. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Drain beans, set aside. Make a paste of the flour and butter, adding the sugar and onion. Add sour cream and Swiss cheese. Gently fold in green beans and spoon into casserole, covering with stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
