GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French green beans
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 lb. or 12 oz. Swiss cheese
1 sm. jar pimento strips
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed

Drain beans and pour into casserole bowl. Melt butter over stove on low heat and add flour, minced onion, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir in sour cream and Swiss cheese gradually as it melts.

Add pimento strips; pour mixture over green beans. Sprinkle corn flakes over mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
