GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans French style beans, drained 3 oz. French fried onions 8 oz. sour cream 6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, then sour cream. Heat until thick, about 1 minute (don't boil). Add green beans, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with onions. Bake 5 minutes more. |
