1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/8 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Beat whipping cream just barely. Fold in mayonnaise. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add to mayonnaise and whipped cream.
