COLESLAW DRESSING 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
Speck pepper
Dash paprika
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. milk

Blend all ingredients, refrigerate. Especially nice on cabbage salad. Makes 1/2 cup.

I've made coleslaw dressing like this all my life and they are very good. I would recommend increasing sugar to 1 full teaspoon and using a malt vinegar to enhance the sweet and tangy taste of creamy coleslaw we all enjoy so much. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before using.
