GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans, drained
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter

Melt butter and stir in salt, pepper, onion, sugar, and flour. Add sour cream and mix. Add green beans; layer green beans and cheese and end up with Swiss cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove cover; sprinkle Rice Krispies on top and bake for 10 minutes more.
