PATS GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
4 c. drained French cut green beans (2-3 cans)
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Saute butter, sugar, flour, salt, pepper and onion. Mix well with remaining ingredients. Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
