STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen French style green beans
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash of garlic salt
1 onion, grated
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. grated cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
3 c. corn flakes, crushed

Cook and drain beans, combine flour, salt, pepper, sugar, sour cream, grated onion and garlic salt in saucepan. Cook until thickened on low heat. Mix sauce with beans and pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover with mixture of grated cheese. Top with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
