STRING BEAN SHOE PEG CORN
CASSEROLE
 
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French cut beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion
1/2 stick butter

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers

Drain vegetables. Saute onion in butter. Cook about 10 minutes. Add vegetables and cream of celery soup. Pour in greased baking dish. Crush 1 stack Ritz crackers and pour over casserole. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
