SHOE - PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 (#303) cans shoe-peg corn, drained
Salt to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Tabasco to taste

Melt butter, cream cheese, and milk. Add corn and seasonings. Pour in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
