SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) can shoe peg corn (white corn), drained
1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Pinch salt
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients and put in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
