MALT O MEAL MUFFINS 
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. Malt O Meal cereal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Stir until flour is moistened. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins. They freeze real well.

These were great muffins. I was trying to use up some chocolate Malt O Meal mix I had and this was a great way. My kids love muffins and really liked these. I added a banana I mashed to half of the recipe and this made it even better. I will definitely make these again.

I have prepared Malt O Meal, Malt-O-Meal Magic Muffins. I am limiting my review or comment to the recipe above which is for above mentioned magic muffins. Yay! I substituted Splenda for the 1/2 cup of sugar required. I also microwaved one mug drop muffin.
