GLAZED FRUIT PIE 
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pineapple slices and juice
1 env. Knox gelatin
2 sm. bananas
2 c. sliced strawberries
Unsweetened pineapple juice

In small bowl, mix together vanilla wafers, sugar or sugar substitute and butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool.

Reserve juice from pineapple. Cut pineapple into small pieces; set aside. Add enough unsweetened pineapple juice (about 1 1/2 cups) to the reserved juice to make 1 3/4 cups total liquid. In small saucepan, mix pineapple juice and gelatin; let stand 5 minutes. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Cover and chill until partially set. Slice bananas and arrange over crust; add some gelatin, then strawberries and gelatin and chill.
