1 unbaked pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
1 c. crushed pineapple
2/3 c. coconut

Combine eggs, milk, butter, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Add pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until brown and set.
