PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
5 eggs
1/4 c. flour
#2 1/2 can crushed pineapple
3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix all together and pour into unbaked pie shells. I use three 8 inch or two 9 inch plates. Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour. Pie should not appear runny.

NOTE: This is ideal for a large meal or if you need to share food.
