PINEAPPLE-COCONUT-CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
4 tbsp. flour
3 whole eggs
3 c. sugar
1 cube butter

Mix flour, sugar and butter until smooth. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add coconut and pineapple. Put in an uncooked pie shell. This is a soupy mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees; let alone until brown. This makes two large pies.
