PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Use unbaked tart shells if you prefer.
