STRAWBERRY BUTTERMILK CONGEALED
SALAD
 
1 lg. box strawberry gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. pecans (opt.)

Combine gelatin with pineapple and juice in saucepan. Cook until gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly. Cool, add remaining ingredients; mix. Pour into 8"x12" dish. Chill.
