IMPROVED GRAPE JELLY MEATBALLS
This was a big hit at the Christmas party. I made this recipe on the fly when we did not have grape jelly for the traditional recipe. I have used cranberry jelly in the past to make BBQ sauce so I substituted it in place of the grape jelly. The Quaker Steak and Lube BBQ sauce added the zip it needed. You could use Sweet Baby Rays (spicy) BBQ sauce if you like.

1 (4 lb.) bag frozen meatballs (I use Rosina)
2 (12 oz. ea.) bottles chili sauce
1 (14 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup BBQ sauce (I use Quaker Steak and Lube with 7 dot rating)

In a saucepan blend all the ingredients together (not including the meatballs) and bring to a boil.

Place the frozen meatballs in a Crock-Pot and set on low heat. Cover the meatballs with the sauce and cook overnight. The meatballs have a really great aroma!
