GREEN BEAN CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 1 c. sour cream 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 (1 lb.) can DelMonte Green Beans (drained) Saute onion in butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Keep on low heat. Blend in sour cream and bring to a boil. Put green beans and cheese in casserole, add above mixture and mix well. Melt additional 2 tablespoons of butter. Drizzle over top and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
