HAM GREEN BEAN CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream, light
1/2 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. pimiento cheese spread & 1/4 c. pimiento
2 (1 lb.) cans French green beans, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Saute onion in butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add sour cream and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add beans, ham, pimiento cheese and pimientos. Turn into baking dish. Top with cheese, onion rings and cracker crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
