TUNA-GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1 c. cooked green beans
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss (or cheddar) cheese
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3/4 tsp. thyme
3/4 c. milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer beans, tomatoes and tuna. Cook onion in butter until soft. Stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk and cook until thick. Add cottage cheese and olives. Pour over vegetables and tuna. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
