2 - 3 slices of bacon
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 - 3 c. cooked green beans, frozen/fresh
3 - 4 tomatoes, fresh, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 - 1/2 c. grated American cheese

Oven temperature 350 degrees. Greased shallow casserole. Fry bacon, remove from pan and crumble. Saute onion in bacon fat until just tender. Combine beans, tomatoes, bacon, onion, salt and pepper in casserole. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts and/or begins to brown.
