BUTTER BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 (16 oz.) cans butter beans, drained, all but one can
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
3 tsp. dry mustard
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 lb. brown sugar (1 c.)
1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and bake in a 3 quart casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
