GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans string beans
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can mushroom soup
Dash of garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
24 crackers, crushed and buttered
1 (8 oz.) grated Swiss cheese

Mix soup and sour cream, add beans, salt, water chestnuts, and cheese. Place in casserole dish. Put crackers on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
