GLAZED BANANA SALAD 
1 c. Spanish peanuts
6-8 bananas, sliced

DRESSING:

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg, beaten
1 c. water
1 tbsp flour, mix with sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Cook dressing over moderate heat, stirring until thick. Cool. Pour dressing over bananas when ready to serve. Add Spanish peanuts. This sounds awful, but it's not! Serves 6-8.
