Stir - Fry Vegetable Mix

A tasty, low-sodium stir-fry sauce when you use low-sodium soy sauce and broth. The cornstarch should be one tablespoon, not one teaspoon. My sauce would never thicken, until I added more cornstarch. I also used brown sugar, and increased it to one and a half teaspoons. It's a keeper!
